Educational Leadership Program

The Educational Leadership Program (ELP) is a part time doctoral program, group based, for a duration of 36 months. It is especially designed to suit the requirements of professionals who are already working. Once the program has been completed successfully, all the graduates are rewarded and honored with the D.Ed., which stands for the Doctorate of Education.

Number of students and classes held: Every group comprises of approximately 25 to 28 students that make an effort and work hard collectively all throughout their term, attending all the same lectures, at the same time. There are lessons that go on only for one night per week; the timing is kept from 6pm to 10pm. There are lessons are organized on alternate Saturdays as well, starting from one lesson to three lessons per month.

The main reason of the Educational Leadership Program: The Educational Leadership Program attracts the educators the main reason being, getting a chance to play a part within an active and energetic group of people who are already working in a number of divisions in the field of education.
